HOLO POD & Open House Way-finding Experience

HOLO POD & Open House Way-finding Experience was an immersive UX project designed for Seneca Open House to help prospective students and guests stay engaged, discover relevant programs, and navigate the event more confidently.

The solution connected the HOLO POD’s real-time audio/video interaction with a QR-based mobile map. The HOLO POD captured visitors’ attention through an interactive physical experience, while the mobile map helped users select destinations, view room information, and follow routes to Open House activities.

My role focused on UX research, map flow design, Figma prototyping, usability testing support, motion/video content creation, and collaboration with media and event planning teams. The final project received client approval and supported a more engaging and useful Open House experience.
