This UX case study was part of a challenge where I worked under a mentor's guidance to improve the user experience of a popular app. I focused on PayPal, specifically its payment process, to identify pain points and design solutions that enhance user satisfaction. Using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Notion, I applied an iterative research and design process to create more intuitive features, ensuring PayPal remains competitive and user-friendly in the digital payment market.
